2. Last Date for submitting the nomination (In the office of election Officer)
23.12.2009 (Up to 4 PM)

3. Publication of valid nomination to be displayed at branch office Notice Board.
24.12.2009 (Up to 1 PM)

4. Last Date of withdrawal of nomination (In the office of election officer)
28.12.2009 (Up to 2 PM)

5. Publication of Final List of Nomination at the branch notice Board.

6. Election if necessary, at branch premises.

7. Counting of votes

8. The election shall be conducted by poll of member present at the meeting. No proxy shall be allowed.

9. Every member of the institute whose name appeared on the register immediately six month prior to the date of election shall be entitled to vote and / or stand for election of the managing Committee of the Branch : Provided that a member Who is in default as regards payment of the annual membership fee and / or regional Council fees shall not be entitled vote and / or stand for election.
